04 — Post-Construction

Long-term BMPs
kept alive.

Once a site is built, the stormwater controls stay regulated for life. We inspect post-construction BMPs — bioretention, infiltration, detention, water-quality units — and deliver the maintenance roadmap owners and MS4 authorities both need.

FAQ

Common Questions.

Who owns the post-construction BMP obligation?

Typically the property owner, HOA or commercial association. We work with whoever holds the deed and the maintenance covenant.

How is this different from a detention pond inspection?

Pond inspections are one type of post-construction BMP. Many sites also have bioretention, infiltration and proprietary devices — we cover all of them under one scope.

We received a maintenance notice. Can you help?

Yes. We'll mobilize quickly, inspect, build the corrective scope and coordinate with the regulator to close the file.
